I BOUGHT THIS AS A CHRISTMAS GIFT FOR MY SISTER-IN-LAW BECAUSE SHE KEPT BORROWING MY CANNING POT. I DON'T SEE WHERE IT WOULD NOT BE A GREAT CANNING POT.

Good value

I have used this canner several times and am very satisfied with it, especially for the money spent. I have had to use the pot a couple of times for cooking large quanities for canning before I purchased a stainless steel stockpot. This canner is a fine value.

Water Canning....who knew it could be so easy

Got this water canner along with a jelly maker and jars. Made jelly as soon as I got it and canned them to keep the jelly longer. Using them as gifts. Canning is so much easier than I thought! I am already planning on using it to can other items.
