I bought 2 of these - one for me, one for son. You CAN use it as a cutting board. It is quite large (actually larger than I'd envisioned) but the wood is so very lovely and the finish so fine ... I'm saving mine for presentation use. REALLY attractive.

I was surprised with the size of the board when it arrived. It was bigger than I thought which is a good thing. The board finish is smooth and it's very good looking wood that it is made of.

It's bigger than I thought it was going to be. It's such a cute decoration for the kitchen. When I opened up the box and took it out, I was struck by the beauty of the wood, the finish and the cute carving into a pig. I'm glad I purchased it. I should have gotten two, one for looks and one for to use as a cutting board.

Love this cutting board. I was worried when others said it was almost too big, I did not feel this in the least. I thought it was well made and the perfect size. Would definitely purchase again. Very happy with this purchase. Love Paula Deen!
