The pizza peel makes it easy to remove a pizza or other large item from the pizza stone in the oven. It reduces the risk of burns from a hot oven. It provides the perfect area to cut the pizza.

Love having a pizza paddle and mine was getting very old. In looking around found this one and ordered it. Have used it numerous times and then ordered it for christmas gifts for two other pizza lovers. Nice large size, good cutting board surface, cleans very easily.

I have used the pizza peel several times and love it. It is the perfect size for our homemade pizza. The trick to successful use is to use a lot of corn meal on the peel. It makes the pizza slide right off. The peel is easy to clean and store.

This "pizza peel" makes pizza handling in and out of the oven easy and safe. It stores with the cookie sheets.
