Our lodge hosts benefits and fund raisers at least 4 times/month. Crowds usually range from 50-100. The mini-jalapeno cornbread muffins are a hit. Thiis is the best muffin pan I have ever used.

Used 1st time to make strawberry muffins and worked wonderful, the bite size works great with the kids(no crumbs). When used for brownie's they came out a little dry, the small size seems to dry out in the cooking, problem solved with just making a moister mix though great product.
