Lowers blood pressure and eye pressure. Works well for me as I have Glaucoma, and the tea is helping me to maintain an excellent pressure.

Although I would not purchase again, it has a wonderful aroma, but it's almost sweet, like a punch. Since I typically drink the Tazo Black tea, this was too sweet/mild for me.
