I consider myself a connoisseur of coconut cakes, and I have to say this is one of the best I have tried. The moistness of the cake and overall freshness was superb, and even after storing it for a week, it was still as fresh tasting as the day we cut into it. I would highly recommend it, and will be sure and order it again for my next special occasion!
