My go-to knife

Can't run my kitchen without these. I buy several at a time and usually give one to a worthy recipient. Handle could be a little bit heavier, but its the sharpest and best parer for the $.

Amazing knife. Much more expensive knives have not cut nearly as well.

easy value

this paring knife is easy to use and slim enough that the handle does not feel bulky in your hand which gives you more control. It is a good value plus Swiss made, can't beat that!

Great little knife

by Linda, CA

My new Victorinox paring knife has become one of my favorite knives. My hands are small so the little, lightweight handle fits me well. Also find the blade to be extremely sharp and nimble. If I had to make a change to its design, it would be to shorten the blade. Already cut myself using the tip of the blade and having to hold the knife partially by the blade. Love it anyway!
