Will Have For A Long Time

by Katrina, KY

I really like this knife and will probably have it for a long time. I wanted a knife that was sharp and of good quality so I could have it a long time. It has a nice weight to it and the handle is shaped nicely. It also looks very nice and modern. I also bought also bought the chef's knife to go with it and these are the only two knives I will ever really need (besides a bread knife).

Replacement knife. This is my favorite all around paring tool. Took old one with me to work one day and somebody else thought it was their favorite too!

The weight is wonderful; I like things with that aren't so light. The knife does work as an extension of my hand.

Go-to paring knife

by Jeffrey, CA

Reasonably sharp, sturdy, balanced, ergonomic non-slip grip. A little bit lighter than it looks.

It is not a chef's knife though, so don't expect to use it like one. I still use a 6-inch chef's knife to section and core an apple.
