Yes | No Report Violation »We had a coated spaghetti pot with a domed lid in which there were small holes for thin spaghetti on one side & large holes on the other side of the lid for thicker pasta. This top locked to the pot itself & it was very easy to drain the contents. This "new' straining sauce pan doesn't lock and is practically impossible & dangerous to use.

This pan is wonderful in every way....great weight, easy, easy clean-up and distributes heat evenly. Love the straining lid too. Makes it easy to drain off any excess liquid. I can't think of 1 complaint with this product and I have had mine for at least 5 years and it still looks and cooks like new. You can't go wrong with this.
