    Exceeds expectations!

    I ordered the 3.5 and 4 quart pour and strain pans because my style was not offered without this feature. I was concerned the lids would allow moisture to escape when I needed to simmer rice/vegetables on the stove top. Both pans have exceeded my expectations. They hold the steam in well and the pour and strain features are great! As always, the Caphelon products heat evenly and are a snap to clean. Will buy more of the Pour and Strain feature products in the future.

    This is my favorite pan. It is lightweight and the pour and strain lip and lid make it usable for so many things that I cook. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a servicable, hardworking sauce pan.

    Love it! It is the perfect size, and the strainer is an added bonus! I am glad that our local retailer no longer carried the 3 qt sauce pan which was on our registry and we were "forced" to come up with another option!

    Pour and Strain Sauce Pan, (3.5-qt.) This pan is the just the perfect size. With the pour and strain build in the sauce pan will be used a lot more than some other Calphalon pans.     Exceeded my expectations in ease and variance of use. I use this also for my orzo and capellini. The lipped rim and strainer lid make it a cinch to drain hot water. Very pleased.
