Cupcake Pen

The cupcake pen makes filling the cupcake tins much neater ... but it is a little messy filling it. My mixing bowl doesn't have a pour spout, so I had to put the batter in a large measuring cup in order to fill the pen. Another dish to wash!

I think one could find a plastic squeeze bottle which could work the same. Also, it is messy to fill.

I got this product thinking it would be great for when I bake cupcakes. But, it still does the same a scoop spoon does. The only difference is you can't remove the cake batter from the side of the cupcake pen. So most of the cupcake batter goes to waste. It was a interesting concept for not a great idea.

Better option if making thicker pancakes then the pancake pen. Make batter in bowl then pour in to use to avoid clumps and clogs. Love this. Going to use for mini muffins!

I really loved this product, and it worked really well, I was worried that when the Cupcake Pen was filled with the batter, and you put it upside down, that the batter would drip out. I just tried this product, and it works really well. I was worried for nothing! the batter did drip out a little, but not too fast to transfer it over to the next cupcake liner. My only problem I had for this, was if you put something in the batter say chocolate chips (which i did), it would clog the nozzle up, and the batter did not come out. The cleaning of the product is very easy because the top comes off, the middle and bottom. Overall, I would recomend this product to a friend, and it is very well made.

Works pretty well, the rubber seals on the caps are a little weird -- but okay overall. I've used this product so far on cupcake batter and pancake batter. I especially liked the control it gave when making teeny tiny pancakes! :)

Once you get the batter into the "pen", it is really easy because you don't have all those drips to get rid of...I love it!!!!

The batter did not flow, and could not be squeezed, out of the tip into the cupcake pan. I had to empty the container with a spatula as best I could; quite a bit of batter was wasted.

I have a new cupcake business and I absolutely love this product! Some batters are just too runny to use a scoop and this makes it possible to accurately measure without the mess! I will be ordering several more for my business!!

Now that I am using the cupcake pen, this is the only way that I pour the muffin mix. The cupcake pen allows me to control how much goes into each muffin cup. Each muffin comes out the same size. There is no mess! It is also easy to clean.
