After many years of trying to make jam and having it unsuccessful I have found the best way to make the jam perfectly. This small appliance is worth its wait in gold! I made plum jam and it came out perfect! Its a "must have" item!

I liked how easy this was to use and made jam in such a short time. I loved that I didn't have to stand over the stove and stir it and worry about burning the contents. Great idea. I only wish all of my canning were so easy.

I had to give it a try. Since I injured my back I wanted to see if using this would be worth it. It is. I don't have to stand and stir and march out timetables of additions. The only bad thing is that it only makes 4 jars at a time. Since I have received it I have made 3 dozen jars which half way through the process. I like the idea of less heat in the kitchen, less standing over the heat, and I get the prep utensils and bowls cleaned up before the batch is done. I get more done while it makes the jam.
