Other then the shipping issues of the product. I'm very happy. For the first time making jam it was very easy and I was so happy that my jars sealed.

I really like this product, I'm still waiting to try it though. My only disappointment was that after I purchased it I went to Amazon.com and I could have purchased it for $25 cheaper, ugg!!! I will check other websites first before ordering again.
