I wish it would be a larger capacity.
I really love it, but wish it would be a little larger to make a larger batch. My friend found it at Target for under $80 that really bothered me since I spent $125 through your store. Also don't like the fact that I have to create an account in order to track my shipment.34 of 39 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
Our Jam and Jelly maker arrived without a recipe book or instruction manual. When we finally did receive the instructions and recipe book three weeks after the arrival of the jelly maker, the screw that holds the lid to the cap was too short. My husband had to go buy one to fit. I will never order from Ball Fresh Perserving Store again. Kim Nethercutt24 of 50 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
I purchased this product to make orange marmalade and lemon curd. neither of these recipes were options for this machine. I was told my technical support that no one had ever asked for these options, so no testing had been done to produce recipes for them. This machine is very limited in its applications.23 of 24 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
Jam & Jelly Maker
Actually my husband saw this in the Grit Magazine and had me order it. It was easy to order and arrived as scheduled. The 1st Saturday and Sunday, my husband and I worked together trying out cookings of jam and jelly. It is so very easy. We bought juice and fruit and everything turns out PERFECT! Now every day my husband is making jelly on his own, trying out his own recipies. He is giving jelly and jam to all our friends and family and challenging the guys to order their own "maker", for themselves if their wives are not so inclined. Thanks Fresh Preserving, you have created a monster :) Hey, let me know if you have a sales job for this retired man.18 of 19 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? The Amount given is lacking
I do enjoy using the pectin...but the jars go QUICKLY if you have very much to can. This would be enough for a "hobby" canner who cans in 1/2 pints or a few pints at a time...if you have fruit trees and a garden...this gets expensive...my canner is full each time I use it,and I "can" over and over in order to finish putting up what is possible. A larger "economy" size would be great !!17 of 18 users found this helpful. Was it helpful to you? Yes | No Report Violation »
