THE SIDEWAYS SLOTS FOR THIS BLOCK MAKE IT DIFFICULT TO USE
AND SCISSOR SLOT IN WRONG PLACE!

I love my new cutlery block. My old knives (not Wusthof) fit in the new block perfectly. Now I will look for a sale on the knives I plan to replace with Wusthof knives. The sharpening steel works fine and the scissors are sharp, but they seem to be too short. The steel part needs to be longer. Overall a good choice.

Block is very sturdy and nice looking. Price was very good. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that it is slanted more than other knife blocks, making it take up more space on the counter. The slots fit my knives very well, even the scissors fit perfect.

I think this is a good value; however, we also bought a set of Guy's knives, and they don't fit in the block. The block has very limited wide spaces, and the knives are simply too wide to fit in them. I plan on taking my hand hel rotary tool and widening a spae or two in order to make it more usable.

This knife block is perfect for those Extra large knives you have acquired over the years.I still use my smaller one, that carries the steak knives and 1 large knife. Excellent product and the two free gifts were a nice bonus!

Nice wooden block, except that the slot for the sheers makes the knife below it hard to extract. There is no slot for the 8" Cleaver.

This chopping block is exactly what I was looking for, and at an affordable price given how expensive Wusthof things generally are. We are very pleased with our purchase. The scissors sent with the block are great, too. My husband likes the fact that they can be taken apart for cleaning - unlike most kitchen shears.

The cutlery block didn't look like it was top quality. If I had seen it in a store I would not have purchased it. It looked like it was dropped a few times and the edges were banged up.

Knife block was not made very well and was crooked. My knives are German-made and of excellent quality. This block carries the German name of the famous knife maker but was made in China and quality control is very lacking. The kitchen shears and sharpener were loose in a box and the handles were marred. I was not happy at all. I returned the product wrapped exactly as it was sent to me. I requested a rerund.
