The knives are very sharp but they have thin blades that do not go all the way through the handle. These are cheaper in price and construction than the regular Classics.

These are slightly less sturdy that some of the individual paring knives available. Still a good choice for the family cook.

She is not one to change up on the old standbys, but I know she has changed her mind with this set.They are extremly usable knives. She said how come you could not keep my old knifes this sharp?
