i bought this knife for my husband as an anniversary gift. i got it at half price which was very good. he likes it. it is very sharp and very good looking. he likes to slice roast beef with it better than our slicing knife. food network store always delivers orders very quickly.

Great Chef's Knife

This was purchased as a gift. The recipient always complains about my knifes being too dull. This is one sharp knife. He liked it so much, he will be receiving a different one every Christmas until he has the whole set. He really liked the handle design as well.

Guy's Chef Knife

It's taken me a long time to finally decide on a chef's knife that would perform to expectation. This not only does that but also is a great fit in my hand. Root vegetables cut with ease yet it also slices tomatoes without damaging them. It is well weighted and confortable to use. Finally a chef's knife that will not be religated to the "OK but not great" collection! Prep for entertaining will certainly be more pleasurable.

Good Deal

I purchased this knife during a sale and paid around $50 for it. At that price, it has performed exceeding my expectations. It arrived very sharp and has made preparing dinner a joy.

Nice Knife

Usually when you get a knife mail order it is small and sub standard. This knife is about the size of the one I use every day. It looks great, it is about the right length (I like 10 to 12 inch) nice weight and balance. I like the knife and would recommend it to others.
