The blade is fantastic. The handle although ergonomically designed is enameled and would be better if it were no slip plastic. Very nice balance.

Good Price

I have never paid that much for a knife in my life but I won't think twice in the future. It is well worth the money and will no doubt outlast 10 of the cheap ones I bought in the past.

Guy Fieri Knuckle Sandwich Knives

Overall, the knife I recently purchased from the Guy Fieri line was exactly what I was hoping for it to be, with one exception and that being that the knife was not at all sharp to the point of being dull. I have other knives from this collection and they have all been extremely sharp when first purchased. This collection is very desirable if you are a serious cook and also very unique. Almost like works of Art. I think in years to come, the collection will be a true collectible.

Bought this knife and wasn't so impressed after using but bought the chopping knife and wow was it sharp. Don't know why there would be such a difference in the same brand.

Gift for friend

The knives look and feel excellent. I probably will buy a set for myself but these are for a friend of mine. Her birthday is on August 5th and mine is on the 6th, and we have celebrated our birthdays for over 40 years. If the knives perform as well as Guy then she will only need point them at the food and step back.

This is the third knife I have bought, as I enjoy them so much. I have found that when you hold it properly the weight of the knife is completely negated, and it just feels good in your hand. They are also easy to keep sharp!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my father and now I want one! It was an excellent knife, well balanced, sharp, the handle is comfortable and it's an overall great knife. He's a lucky guy!
