I have not personally used this knife, but my husband has! He was thrilled by how great it cut. I think he has found a new favorite in our kitchen!

This is a great knife! I love that I got it on special (50% off)because I couldn't afford to pay the regular price and I got free shipping!! I do a lot of chopping everyday and this knife is really sharp and easy to use. I would like to order some of the other knife in this series:>) Thanks Guy, p.s. I love the graphics on the handle.

I am far from a gourmet chef, but I do like to cook and yet never have owned suitable knives - until now. Love this knife. Although it at first seemed heavy for my small woman's hand, it actually is not. The blade simply glides right through, from watermelon rinds to thinly sliced tomatoes. My guy loves the manly colors. Would definitely recommend it! But be cautious! I did manage inadvertently to cut my finger and the slice was quite deep.

THIS KNIFE WAS THE LAST ONE I USED. I HAD TO SLICE OVER TWENTY TOMATOES, AND THIS ONE DID A SUPERIOR JOB. IT CUT LIKE BUTTER.

WHEN MY HUSBAND AND I WERE LOOKING AT THE FOUR FIERI COOKING KNIVES I THOUGHT THIS KNIFE WOULD HAVE THE LEAST IMPACT ON MY COOKING. COME ON ITS A PARING KNIFE. I HAVE MANY OTHERS. BUT, ONCE AGAIN THE QUALITY AND SHARPNESS AND FEEL OF THIS KNIFE MAKE ME REACH FOR THIS ONE FIRST. I LOVE IT.

I just used this for some heavy duty veggie prep and it performed nicely. It was an attractive addition to my collection. Time will tell if it is durable or not. So far so good. The knife is nicely balanced, reasonably sharp. It is not the heaviest I used but is OK for the size.
