Tis Product was the best, I've used. So far I've only used it to make cream puffs and it turned out great. Also the tips that I have fits with the bags. I Love it

It really is a great help to have the different size bags since I am teaching my self decorating. And so easy to clean it is actually the same product I use at work.

The first shippment I only recieved one pastry bag . But your customer service desk is very nice to send me a replacement right the way. Unfortunely the post office has problem and could not find the item. And once again the customer service solve my problem again. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
