These pans are heavy and of good quality. I would rather pay a little more for them and get two cooling grids not just the one that comes with this set.

Very pleased with the size and weight of the pans and grid rack; would have preferred two cooling racks as I intend to use these in a variety of ways.

I couldn't wait to try them! First thing that I baked was a pumkin-roll. The pan did not warp while cooking, which was always a problem with my other jelly roll pans. The non-stick was great and clean up was a breeze, did not have to scrub at all. (I wash all my bakeware by hand, because I do not want the dishwasher to ruin the finish.) Having the cooling rack was a special bonus, it will come in handy when baking cookies. I would definitely purchase another set if I ever felt I needed it, and I would definitely give this item as a gift, since it's such good quality!
