Cooling grid rocks!

I love these pans as they are heavy duty and do not twist or warp in the oven during baking as other pans I own do. The best feature is the cooling rack which can be used for not only cooling but also for keeping fish or chicken crisp in a low oven while I fry up additional batches on the stove. The only criticism is that I wish you could purchase an additional cooling rack for the 2nd pan.

Been looking all over for a rack & pan "set". Very pleased. I also bought the silicone "liner" that fit very well into the pan so the rack would not scratch it. Nice to have a good sized rack for draining & cooling. I've even used both (separately) to put under my silicone muffin & lasagna pans to add stability going into & out from the oven.

need to be able to get a 2nd cooling rack like the one in set, other than that the pans work great for steaks to cookies

This set of Jelly Roll pan and cooling Grid is such great quality for the inexpensive price! I use the cooling Grid on top of the Jelly Roll Pan and put Bacon on it and make in the oven-it works so good....without the greasy mess on the stove! and the jelly roll pans double as a cookie sheet for baking! They're very well made-a lot more "heavier" than your average cookie sheet, but sure not going to bend and distort like some cookie sheet pans! I'm buying some more as gifts because my Mom and Mother-in-law liked them s much!

this is a great set. two high quality jelly roll pans with a bonus cooling grid. would be a great gift to a new baker.

Good solid pans for everyday use...

If you're looking for a well made, solid set of sheet pans, look no more. I'm picky and wanted the best. Although there are more expensive ones, these will easily fit most needs and are just what I needed.

two suggestions

Would like to see just the cooling rack sold alone. You should keep more than 15 of this item in stock, since I had to wait over a month to get one. I had to keep calling EVERY DAY, to see if it had come in and LUCKY for me, that last time I called, they had "just come in" and was able to order. Would be nice if you could be put on a waitlist, pay for it and then when it comes in, have it shipped automatically. Some thing for you to consider. The quality of your order entry people are excellent! And the qualtiy of this ( my first order from you) is also excellent. I can't get over how heavy the pan is. Have lots of ways to use this. Jelly Roll Plan for bacon

Saw people on your chanel cooking bacon in the oven on neat large baking pans with racks and think I've found what they were using in the jelly roll pan. Great! Thanks, Cooking Network. This should encourage me to cook more bacon, my favorite meat.

great cookies

I bought this specifically to bake cooking for a friends birthday and I was not disappointed. They are large enough to bake 12 nice sized cookies per tray. The cooling rack was an added bonus.

well made

Well made heavy pans that finally come with a rack that fits. I have a new Calphalon pan that warped in 400 degree oven. These have stayed flat.

Grids

Would have been nice to have a grid with each pan.

Would have liked another cooling rack, buying 2 pans and receiving 1 cooling rack was a bit odd to me.

These pans are heavy, durable and very easy to clean. I love them!

It was a great deal. Even cheaper than Walmart for the two pans with cooling grid. They are heavy duty pans that are high quality and the cooling grid is great ,can hold two dozen cookies for cooling!

I really only wanted the grid, but had to buy the pans to get it, and glad I did. The pans are heavy duty and I have used them almost everyday.

Very well made, priced. Why only 1 rack?

Very pleased with this pan/rack combo. Sturdy for the price point, cleans up well. Would have liked either 2 racks, or only one pan (I'd have bought 2.)

This combination is a great value. I have been looking for this cooling grid forever - hard to find at such a great price and it includes 2 pans~ I ordered an extra rack - also a great bargain!

The quality is obvious

Just lifting the box gives you the first hint about the quality of the contents. These are the best jelly roll pans we have ever owned. The weight of the metal and the non-stick coating are superior. The cooling rack is a very nice bonus. This set is a great value.
