solid cookie sheet

I bought this because I needed some "cookie sheets" and I like the sides because I cook things in oil in the oven on it in addition to all the wonderful cookies that I can bake on it. I really like the fact that it is so solid and strong. It is a little heavy but that is why it doesn't warp when in the oven, making it great for cooking things in oil. The nonstick coating is a good quality and the pan is a very nice size. I've used them a few times and I am very satisfied with this product. The sides on the pan make it very useful otherwise when I need to ripen vegetables (like cherry tomatoes) on it, so one can move it from place to place without things rolling off of it.

best jelly roll pan ever

I absolutely love my new jelly roll pan set. The pans are heavy weight and very good quality. The bonus cooling rack perfectly fits inside the pan--something I've been unable to find locally. I imagine I will never have to purchase new pans again!

Great value!

I have been looking for new jelly roll pans for a while now, but could not bring myself to spend $20+ for pans that would not warp. When I found this set, I was a little skeptical, but they have worked marvelously so far. No warping yet in up to 450 degree ovens!

Hard to find, but well worth it.

My friend's husband has searched for this product for two years, and it had become an obsession. I finally called the Food Network and found out we had been calling the product by the incorrect name. They were so very helpful, not only giving me the Food Network's product info, but where I could buy this product from other venders. Thank you Food Network! I know these pans and wire rack will knock his socks off for Christmas!

Love love love

I have been watching my favorite food tv chefs using this for the last few years. Telling my husband I need that! It took me 2 years to finally find and buy. I love this product to cook bacon and many other things. To clean, yes you need to do by hand but so easy if you soak. I normally put tinfoil on the pan before using the rack. Easier clean up. I have bought this for family and friends. Great product for all uses. Buy it and have great meals! Love love love.

This set is wonderful. I feared that, at the price, it would be a little flimsy, but not so! Every piece has the feel of superb quality and the promise of many years of excellent service.

I have been looking for a jelly roll pan that had an insert rack that fit. The stores sell the pans and racks seperately but the sizes never go together. I do wish they would offer an extra rack with the set or a way to purchase the extra one. Chris

This was exactly what I was looking for , hwever one pan had a dent in it. We decided not to return the pan as it will still hold the rack.

So far so great...

I just got the product about two weeks ago and have only used it twice. The pans are really good quality construction and heat and cook very evenly. I haven't had a chance to use the cooling grid/ cooking rack yet, but I'm looking forward to using it for breaded baked chicken.

Wow

I was surprised at how heavy duty these pans are, very nice. These will definitely not twist when they heat up (unlike one of my other pans) One of mine also had a couple dents where the grid was even though it had cardboard in between, but it does not make them less quality in my opinion. Love these, wish I had had them 10 years ago. Well worth the money.

Excellent Pans and Cooking Rack

I ordered this set of the 2 pans and 1 cooling rack, and an extra cooking rack to go with the 2nd pan. Wish the sets had come together. Anyway, I do love these pans and racks. I have never been disappointed with products by Chicago Metallic. I used my pan and rack at high oven temperatures and they had no warping whatsover. I like their weight. Also, both pan and rack cleaned beautifully. I look forward to using these pans more in the future. For those who have said that some of their pans have arrived dented, that does not surprise me, because the box mine were packed in was halfway destroyed. Luckily, none of my products were damaged. But some of the shipping quality from Cooking.com definitely needs to be improved.

I was very pleased with my order. It was as advertised and the packaging was in good shape. No problems at all. I would definnately recomend them to others
