Salt Box

I like this product because it takes up less space, it's covered and really easy to use. I just open it when I start my cooking, and my salt & pepper are right there. I would recommend to all my friends who like to cook.

I bought this as a gift for my sister-in-law who seems to have nearly everything for the kitchen. I was delighted to see how well the salt box was made. The finish on the wood is very good and I think worth every penny. It is a useful size and looks nice on the counter. I would purchase this item again .

I have only had the product for a short time but in that time I have been very satisfied with the item. Only time will tell if the product is of good quality. But so far, I am pleased with the look, the size and the ease of use.

Paula's salt box !!

I think the salt box is a great idea ! However, it is a bit too big ! A smaller version would be much better ! Mine had a rough spot on the one side towards the back and it wasn't as pretty in the wood........as the rest of the box ! It is a great price for it's size and construction though ! Had it been smaller and not a bad spot on mine........I would have rated it a 5 for sure !!

Good, but too big

If I had seen this in a store, I wouldn't have bought it because I would have known it was too big. The photo on the web didn't make it clear how big the item is. You might want to do a new photo with something in it for comparison purposes.
Other than size, the product is great.

Wonderfully Made Salt Box!

I love this salt box! It is generous in size. I am so glad to now have a place on my counter to not only store my sea salt but my House Blend that I make from Paula's recipe in her many cookbooks. We use the House Blend on just about everything. A few reviews have mentioned that the box was too large but I think it only adds to the appeal. I love that I don't have to refill very often and it looks beautiful on the countertop. I would estimate it holds about a cup of seasonings in each well.

It was too large for my counter. I was looking for a smaller container that would just hold salt. This one is for more than just salt.

I love this. I have been looking for something to keep salt in on my counter that I can easily access when I am cooking. The added bonus is that there is a side for pepper also. Both sides hold a generous amount and the lid slides to the side rather than having to be put on and off. It is a great product.

I was so excited my salt box! I was about to purchase one at Williams Sonoma and the price was ridiculous! They wanted about $50.00 for a similar product.

Terrific Little Round Box

This little box has become one of the most used items in the kitchen. Coarse salt in one side and coarse black pepper in the other. I use and like it so much, that I purchased more as Christmas gifts for the "cooks" in our family.

This salt box was a gift for my mother. She was surprised to get it, but fell in love with it right way! It's great storage, unique, and simple design make it a nice attraction in the kitchen.

I was hesitent after reading several of the reviews that stated the salt box was very large. But, with the great price I thought I'd take a chance, boy, I'm so glad I did it is not at all large it is exactly what I was searching for. Well constructed and looks great on my counter top. SO HANDY!
