As wonderful as I thought it would be.

I've looked at these pans for a long time and finally bought them and am sorry I didn't get them sooner. They are everything I thought they would be and more. Browns beautifully. Cleans up like a dream. If you're thinking about purchasing do it now! don't deprive yourself!

I have always enjoyed your products. The Slide Pan is perfect for easy over eggs, perfect every time. That was the item that I was looking for the fact that it came in a set with the Sear pan was a plus, that also does a good job on Salmon. The only issue I have with these items is they are a bit heavy in the hand, but then again I'm not getting any younger.

My order was well packed and arrived earlier than expected. The pans are sturdy and well made. The non stick surface performs as promised. This 2-pan plus 1-lid set is a great value for the money.

I could tell the difference

For several years, I have been becoming a better cook. I have taken the lessons America's Test Kitchen to heart. I was not getting the results that I wanted from my old kitchen set. I received one of your pans as a present. It was an eye opening event. I replaced my saute & omelette pans and have been delighted. I am a craftsman, woodwork, blacksmithing... good tools are essential for high quality work. The same applies to cooking, I had no idea how much until I started using your products.

Great products, easy to use without sticking and easy to clean. Been using calphalon pots and pans for 15 plus years and wouldn't use anything else.

These are great pans, Unusual size, but I find that I am using them more often.

Perfection

This is non-stick that browns like its stainless steel counterpart. No need to polish with Bar Keepers' Friend to keep it looking and working like new. If I could afford it I would have more. Thank you for the special price on this. I am very thankful to have these two wonderful pieces.

Great buy on this set of pans!

Little skeptical initially, I recently order another set of Emerald Pans from another online retailer and felt the handles were a little on the skinny side. Not with these though, nice heavy weight to the pan and handles. Easy to grip and love the dome lid for frying up small items. It's a winner winner chick dinner!

The pans work just as advertised! I was advised by a professional chef to purchase Calphalon pans and I am so happy I followed his advice. I have been concerned with the carcinogen effects of less expensive Teflon type pans, I am now worry free!

These pans replace Calphalon pans I've had for 10 yrs so I would say that's as good a testimonial as you could get.

Great weight

Love these pans because of the weight and feel. While they take a few moments longer to heat they hold the heat evenly and have easy food release. I've had so many non stick pans that are long in the trash. I know these will be around a long time
