I had read about this line of Calphalon but only owned some pieces in a different line of theirs. This is a great set of high quality and easy to cook in. I recommend this set to anyone looking to upgrade or wanting to add some handy pieces to their kitchen.

I like the sauce pan because it has a 2 inch lip and just right for my many dishes for 2 people and the lid is so convenient for both sauce pans. A very versatile pan for so many uses the oil doesn't splatter out when doing bacon or hamburgers or pork chops. stir fry chinese dishes.

I have several Calphalon products. I really like them. I prefer the non stick and find that Calphalon is a very good product. This set was a really good buy. It arrived quickly. I had planned to keep the saute pan and give the omelette pan as a gift - but I couldn't part with it!

Love, love, love both of these pans!! Searing pork chops, turkey burgers and chicken cutlets was a breeze...they all came out beautiful without any sticking. The omelette pan made cooking all kinds of eggs simple. So easy to flip and remove from pan. Best buy I have made in a long time!

I love both pans. No sticking on either one. Omelet pan is perfect, can slide the omelet out with no problems. Really enjoy cooking and now, even more with two good pans. Lid fits both pans. This set replaces my well used old set. Do not know why I waited so long. Very pleased with purchase.

A great set for a fabulous price. I bought these as replacements for a couple of well-used and scarred sauté & omelet pans. They truly live up to their description. Easy to use, steaks get a nice crust; nothing sticks, great to pop into the oven for a frittata, exceptionally easy to clean. No regrets.
