Great Pan !

Have not fried chicken in an iron skillet for quite a few years so I had to get my temp.correct so I didn't burn the chicken. Once I got the right temp. of oil; the chicken was very crispy outside and moist inside.

Wonderful Chicken Fryer

I was so impressed with this pan, when I fried a chicken in it. The pan retained heat after adding the chicken to it. The chicken came out crispy and moist and ahhh so good. I think this makes an excellent addition to any kitchen.

Great cast-iron skillet

I have been using my new 3-qt skillet most everyday since I got it. I love the 3 inch depth and it is a good size. Not super big but big enough for most thing. I cook meats in it and I brown onions a lot. Works great for that. My sister gave me a gift certificate for Christmas and this is what I picked. She doesn't have one and I am thinking I'll get her one for her birthday in February. Considering that this thing will last a life-time I think it's a good value for the price. Love that it is preseasoned. But needs a lid.
