The pre-seasoning allowed for me to get cooking right away. I really like the way it distributes heat evening. My mother was right, I should've had cast iron a long time ago.

My old skillet was only a couple of inches deep and the splatter all over the stove top was a mess to clean. The skillet holds the heat well for even cooking temperatures. I am very pleased with the product.

READILY, I HAD TO SCRUB IT WITH SOAP THUS
CREATING A SPOT ABOUT THE SIZE OF A HALF
DOLLAR THAT DOES NOT HAVE A FINISH ANYMORE.

Not super big but big enough for most thing. I cook meats in it and I brown onions a lot. Works great for that. My sister gave me a gift certificate for Christmas and this is what I picked. She doesn't have one and I am thinking I'll get her one for her birthday in February. Considering that this thing will last a life-time I think it's a good value for the price. Doug Stone Lubbock, TX

The pan retained heat after adding the chicken to it. The chicken came out crispy and moist and ahhh so good. I think this makes an excellent addition to any kitchen.
