The pan is very nice quality and I love the fact that it has a smooth inside, no bolts or screws to have food get caught up around and make cleaning difficult.
Not a big pot but a 3qt size works for most things.

Beautifully constructed; a good weight for comfortable handling in contrast to typical Dutch ovens while yielding the same benefits. Love the Anolon line for its even heat distribution and quality. Worth the price and more!

One of the pieces I bought was their 12" Everyday Pan and it has been used for everything, everyday and needs to be replaced. The 10" Everyday Pan that Calphalon offers is nowhere near big enough (I have it) and I have been trying to find a replacement for the 12" and hoped that this piece would be its replacement but alas, it may be 3-qts. but it is also only 10"!!! I will keep trying!

I was unable to find a replacement in this size until this one came along, so I decided to try it. I am very happy with it.

I liked the look so well I'm going to begin replacing my other pans with Anolon copper.
This is a nice pot in a very useful size for two. Cleans up easily, cooks just fine.
