    Amazing pan for everyday use

    by Larry, CA
    December 29, 2010

I couldn't believe how beautiful this pan is. The exterior is polished and almost looks like stone. The copper bottom adds an elegant look to the pan, well beyond the price. And the rivets are flush and nonstick making cleanup much easier.

    Do anything Pot

    by Yvonne, MD
    February 14, 2011

When I saw this pot I thought what a great size that is. When I got it it was even better than I thought. It is a perfect size for a family or a single person that I am. It has a high enough side that I could use it for pasta or a roast and shallow enough to do an egg. I just can't put into words how impressed I am with the quality and appearance of this pot. Kudos to Alanon

    Analon 3-qt all purpose pan

    by Margaret, WI
    February 4, 2011

This is a great pan. The size is particularly nice for one or two and high enough to make caseroles in it. I particularly like the even heating. None of my other cookware can compete with the even heating of this pan. Love it! Also it's nice looking and has a scratch resistent interior.

A SMALL PAN THAT LOOKS BIG IN THE PHOTO

    by Ellen, LA
    February 4, 2011

I'm sure that the description said the size of this pan but the photo looked very large. I was disappointed that the pan is so small. I suppose that I should go to Macy's next time so that I can see the ACTUAL size of the pan.

    A Great Investment

    by George, WA

I am very happy with this pan. It is sturdy and well made, and just heavy enough to give it a feeling of stability on the stove, without being too heavy to lift and move around when it is full of food. I especially like that the non-stick surface is metal utensil safe, per the manufacturer's instructions that came with the pan. I use the pan almost daily, cooking a variety of dishes, including soups and chili, hot cereals, steaming veggies, frying eggs and hamburgers, and most other stove stop meals. I have not yet used it in the oven, but it is rated up to 500 deg F, and I plan to cook a roast or chicken soon. It has become my everyday cook pan, and it is kept on top of our stove, for easy reach, rather than in the cupboard. The handles on the sides of the pan and the lid are large and comfortable to hold, and do not get hot on the stove. (Of course,I expect they will get hot in the oven.) This pan is a great value, heat distribution is quick and even, and clean up is qick and easy. Even melted cheese from cheeseburgers did not stick. I highly recommend this for any home cook.

    Good Looking, Good Cooking!

    by Louise, WA
    February 14, 2011

I find every reason to leave this pan in view. Using it is great also. I justified buying it for the copper bottom that conducts heat so well. The handle arches up beautifully and fits the hand well. It was worth the price but then I bought it on sale!

    March 3, 2011

I use this pan almost every day. The heavy bottom prevents sticking while distributing heat evenly. I especially love it for making my favorite beef bourguignon, since it goes from stove-top to oven with ease. Great value at regular price; an incredible buy for the sale price that I paid. Love it!!

Most of my cookware is Analon, which I like very much. This pan is a replacement for a smaller, store brand all purpose pan that just wasn't quite big enough. I used it for the first time this week and I love it!

    February 11, 2011

Although this pan was somewhat smaller than I anticipated (as others have also found) it is a great all purpose pan for a 2-3 person household. The clean up is quick and easy and the cooking and sauteeing was even. Love the oven safe qualities too!

Perfect for one pot meal for two people.

    by Carlene, WI
    April 8, 2011

I bought this pan to replace a much larger Calphalon paella pan, and was disappointed when it turned out to be much smaller. However, that has turned out to be a blessing since the kids are grown and this pan is the perfect size for preparing meals for two people.
