    Poor Lids

    Overall I like the Unison range, however the lid on this pan if flawed. Before the liquid is starting to boil, it drips down the side of the pan as steam starts to build up. Obviously that happens with all pans if you over boil, but this happens before even the first bubble has appeared in the liquid. It does not happen on out 2qt pan, just the 3qt The pan handle stays cool during cooking but the lid handle gets too hot to take off, I wish they had put a bit of silicone in the middle of the lid handle. Food doesn't stick and it cleans up well in the dishwasher. I have had difficulty with the lids getting clean in the dishwasher and several times required manually wash the lid if I cooked potatoes in the pan.
