A pleasure

It is an absolute pleasure to cook with this pan. It is amazing to sear Tuna, one of my favorites, have the food come out perfect and release from the cookware with no prodding and be able to wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. I'm thrilled. Ask me again in five years and if it still works as well, I will be in saute heaven.

This is an excellent quality pan. Easy to use and easy to clean!

The lid is surprising

This is my latest Calphalon purchase and I really appreciate that it was made in America. Once again fully satisfied with my this pan, but I was very surprised when I picked up the lid after about ten minutes of cooking and it was so hot that I could not hold it without a hot pad.

Really like the size of the pan. Does a good job of browning food and cleaning is so easy. Love the non-stick surface. Attractive design. Glass lid is great for watching the cooking process without having to lift the lid.
