    Love the rounded bottom on the inside. Great for stirring. Love the cover. Whole thing easy to clean. Great for many different purposes.

    Finally bought good cookware

    We received one of these pans in a set we purchased and loved it so much we wanted a second one. My husband (who does most of the cooking) and I have been really impressed with this cookware.

    Back to Stainless

    I have used stainless steel in the past but more recently, the past twenty years, I have used non-stick cookware that chips and peels even though very expensive. I have returned non-stick pans only to receive the same inferior quality back. Calphalon makes good for their lifetime warranty but now I am merely dumping the non-stick instead of sending for a new one. I am switching to stainless steel for health reasons (maybe too late). In the past I always had problems with food sticking on stainless steel though probably did not pay attention to use and care. I find this pan virtually nonstick and easy cleanup with proper use and care.
