Once you use parchment, you'll never go back! This is one of the best products for cooking/baking I have ever encountered. An excellent addition to your kitchen if you've never used. Makes clean-up a breeze. No toxins, etc. to

If you love salmon like we do, this product is a must have. You haven't tasted delicious baked salmon until you've baked it in paper! Moist and delicious! A must buy! So many more uses too!

Parchment paper is very useful for baking cookies, bicotti etc. You put it on the pan, the food releases nicely after cooking, and you do not have to scrub your pan. I wish I had discovered this sooner.
