If you love salmon like we do, this product is a must have. You haven't tasted delicious baked salmon until you've baked it in paper! Moist and delicious! A must buy! So many more uses too!

Parchment paper is very useful for baking cookies, bicotti etc. You put it on the pan, the food releases nicely after cooking, and you do not have to scrub your pan. I wish I had discovered this sooner.

I'm glad Cooking.com has it. My husband and I work in the middle of Pacific, and our base store has wax paper only... so we have to shop online or stock once a year while on vacation. You can't believe how difficult it is to find parchment paper online! and some of the places just won't ship to APO address... At least most of the time I can find what I need at Cooking.com.

I don't know how I got along without using Parchment Paper. All the parchment that I've used came in a roll. any chance that someday sheets will become available?

Using parchment paper to bake cookies makes cleanup a breeze. It also makes removing the cookies from the pan alot easier.
