I have a full set of Wustof and LOVE those, but this knife feels flimsy and not at all a quality product like my other Wustof knives. The strange thing is that this is part of the "better" grade of Wustof and not part of the plastic handle set. This is a bad knife, not at all pleased.

It's the best "go to " knife. Use it all the time.Easy to handle. But be warned...very sharp !!!!

This knife fits well for all basic kitchen needs. I have a much more expensive Wusthof santoku knife, but for small jobs this is the one to use. i would highly recommend it to others.
