This is an awesome knife. I use it all the time. It is very sharp which I love even though I cut myself the first time I used it. I wash it by hand since I read that is recommended for knives, especially of this quality.

Knife-Excellent

Previous to this purchase I owned 2 other types of this brand of knife and have found these to be the best knives I have ever owned. They keep a sharp edge far longer than any other brand I have used. This purchase included a 4.5 inch knife for each of my daughters.
