This meat carving aid is great for slicing roast beef, turkey, lamb and other large pieces of meat. The 12 prongs are extremely sharp and will hold the meat steady while slicing. For thicker slices of meat, only cut between every 3rd or 4th prong. The rounded handle is large and comfortable to grip. This carving aid can also be used as a meat tenderizer to break down the connective tissues which can make meat taste tough and leathery.
