I've had much better success with Ball pectin and so far none of my batches has failed to set. When you put as much effort into preserving, you want a product that is consistent and reliable.

Mollie Stone carries the Ball produce protector but not pectin. I requested they carry both.

I purchased this after trying another major brand, sold in a box. The jam didn't gel properly so I ordered this. Love being able to add just a little extra pectin for a thicker set.
