Homemade, no-cook jam has never tasted better. Ball® Brand RealFruit™ Instant Flex Batch Pectin is the perfect way to make delicious, homemade jam in under 30 minutes.
Recipe & batch size are customizable using the simple instructions on the side of the bottle. Based on the amount of produce you have on hand, you can make from 1 to 10 jars of jam at a time.
Splenda® No Calorie Sweetener Granular may be used in place of sugar for lower-calorie jams.
This new bulk bottle package is for multiple uses. It replaces 3-4 boxes of pectin – a great value!
Scalable recipe – make from 1-10 jars of jam per batch, up to 15 half-pint jars per bottle.
INGREDIENTS: DEXTROSE, FRUIT PECTIN, CITRIC ACID (ASSISTS GEL), SODIUM CITRATE (CONTROLS ACIDITY), POTASSIUM SORBATE (PRESERVATIVE).

this product is my all time favorite. works great, tastes great, easy to use. i get more of the fruit flavor instead of sugar flavor. definitely recommend!

I found the shipping expensive and it took too much time to arrive. The product worked fine but if it is supposed to be a loose powder, it came somewhat compacted.

We jar both sugar and non sugar Jams and this pectin is not only easy to use but has brought success every time.

I absolutely love this instant pectin and so glad to have discovered it. Without the trouble of preserving the fruit, I make a few small jars at a time fresh and keep it in the frig. I love to use it for making low sugar jam with fresh peaches and also with frozen mixed berries. I use it on yogurt, on waffles, even pound cake with cream.
