absolutely gem of a product
I was looking for a way to make jam for my diabetic father without resorting to sugar substitutes which have aftertaste. The apricot jam I made using this pectin has very little sugar and is absolutely fabulous!I recommend this product.
good value for money
Considering how much jam I make, I wish I had known about this earlier! It is so much easier than buying dozens and dozens of individual boxes!I recommend this product.

Good Taste But ---
I used this product with the Ball Jam/Jelly maker and it worked very well. The problem was with the amount of fruit. I was using it with the small Maine Blueberries and it came up a little short of the 4 jars. I used the web site recipe for blueberries, but it I believe it to be about 2/3 of a cup short on the fruit. I used Splenda and the jell and taste were very good but I would recommend about 3 1/2 cups of fruit rather than the 2 2/3 cups recommended.I recommend this product.

I have used your product quite often. I does work better than other products I have tried for "no sugar added". I believe the price is a concern of mine for the amount of product you can make out of a jar. All said I guess I would rather have a product that I know that works even if I feel as though the price is highI recommend this product.
