Kitchen Twine Too Thin

While I liked the concept of the kitchen twine holder with a built-in cutter, the twine was much too thin to be used in a kitchen for trussing poultry or meat. It was more the thickness you might use to wrap a package and would cut into the flesh of anything you tried to truss.

It is almost a third hand. I use it to cut dough in balls etc. good for tieing meat up , chicken, turkey,
and herb bundles.
