The Speedy Plus Instant Marinater is the "all in one BBQ marinater unit". This innovative 4.75 qt. vacuum marinating container instantly marinates meats, PLUS allows raw food and cooked food to be transported to and from the grill without the need for additional platters and trays. Its patent pending design eliminates cross contamination by combining a locking marinating container for raw meats with an attached food platter for transporting the cooked food from the grill. I've used this just a couple times since I purchased it only two weeks ago. I used one of my regular marinades on chicken, and using this added so much more flavor to the meat!! It's convenient to carry outside to grill, and then to use the top as the tray to carry back in from the grill was a genius idea!!

I have just used the Jaccard marinater one time and it worked as advertised. I used it in conjunction with the Jaccard 45 blade meat tenderizer and it did a superb job of adding great flavor to the meat. It is very easy to use and to clean up. I'm sure I'll use it often.

we received this order in blazing speed from cooking.com..and i tried it on first time Salisbury steak it was some of the best we have ever eaten was it the marinater we are not sure but it sure was tasty we will try it again soon on a pork recipe i want to experiment with..
