unfortunately had my husband prepare my poached eggs! they were cooked too long but said he followed the directions. in cooking the egg make sure that the minute you see the top of the whites slightly opaque take cover off and remove from pan. also do not boil water, a slow rolling motion is good because once you cover the pot it steams pretty quickly.

I needed a new egg poacher for a Frigidaire Induction Range I won. This one is beautiful and should last me the rest of my life! The eggs turned out just right!

Perfect for 2 - 2 eggs a piece. We're still looking for the right tool to remove the hot egg cups and the egg cup holder. The rings hot when the eggs are done and too small to be easily grabbed with a potholder.
