easy to use

I have severe arthritis in my hands....this knife is so comfortable and so sharp that it is easy for me to use!!

Paring Knife

My recent purchase of a Henkles paring knife was for my daughter because I have had mine for years and think it is great. My husband and I are adding to our daughters's knife sets so that they will have well equipped kitchens.

Love this knife. Cuts beautifully and is well balanced. When I am ready to buy new knives, I will buy more of this brand. The sale price made it a great bargain.

Over 30 years ago, I bought this same model knife. I paid more for it then than I paid this time. I used the knife continously until about 6 months ago when the knife was lost. If the knife had not been lost, I would still be using it. This is a terrific product.

This is my favorite and the knife used most in my kitchen! (Unfortunately, someone discarded the same knife while "helping" me in the kitchen....and I needed a replacement!) I've used henckels knives for 18-years, and they are the only knives I would recommend.

I have many Henckels knives and I haven't been dissatisfied and this one is no exception. Very sharp out of the box - great for slicing cheese and fruits.

Perfect multi-purpose knife

I have two of these knives now. I purchased this one, because it seems that my first knife was always dirty, since it is the ideal knife for most applications in my kitchen. This excellent quality, well-performing knife makes culinary feats quite achievable with limited effort.

You get what you pay for -- a great knife!

A month ago, my husband snapped my favorite paring knife. When looking for a replacement, I decided to risk spending a bit more money in the hopes of getting a better quality knife. I am not disappointed.

It handles almost all my kitchen jobs with ease, and fits comfortably in my hand. The weight and balance are just right. I am definitely pleased with the Henckels brand. It is sturdy and good quality, so I expect it to be a part of my kitchen for years.

Like any knife it will dull over time, but a quick run over the knife sharpener prior to use keeps this knife in top condition.

Exceptional knife

Wish I had indulged in these wonderful knives "many" years ago. They are very comfortable in the hand, but be careful, they are also VERY sharp. I love them.

Have owned Henkel 4 Star knives for 20 years and absolutely love them. This purchase was a replacement.

Great Paring Knife!

I needed a replacement knife for the complete set of Henckels knives I got a year or two ago. The individual knives are so expensive. I looked at cooking.com, found just what I wanted and this knife is better than the ones in the set. The price was right also. I'm very happy with it.

Great little kitchen knife

This is a very sharp knife and cuts through all produce fantastically. It was well worth the cost.
