The store bought vanilla extracts can't compare with the aroma of this.

I used the vanilla bean paste in two holiday recipes. Both turned out very well. The vanilla bean added a nice flair to the dishes.

It is a milder flavor than I thought. Ive used in cookies, and sauces,for fresh fruit is real good.

I use this product when I make lactaid-free ice cream for my husband. This is a good reliable product. I am very happy with it.

I recently learned of vanilla bean paste when looking for a cheaper alternative to vanilla beans. Vanilla Bean ice cream is my favorite by far, but it was becoming too expensive to make. I heard about this product and thought it was worth a shot. It can be substituted for vanilla beans or vanilla extract in any recipe. This week I tried out my favorite ice cream recipe and the paste did not disappoint!! It was fabulous and tasted just as good as the previous recipes that used actual vanilla beans. I will definitely be ordering a bigger container of this product when my current one runs out.
