I have used various types of skewers over the years, but these are foolproof! The long 'basket types' can sometimes miss pieces in the basket. Single skewers let the food 'roll around'. These skewers have two prongs, so the food doesn't roll around, and all pieces get cooked. The best ones I have found.

I especially like these skewers for shrimp and other small pieces of meat. Keeps the onions, peppers and meat from slipping off and really easy to turn.
