They Rose Nicely!...

I bought these biscuit cutters with some reservation but purchased with good hopes. Just yesterday, 11/13/11, I made some great buttermilk biscuits that rose high and came out super flaky (based on my technique). Amazing...I plan to keep these for some time. Curious to see how they hold up through the years for the price (which was good)...thank you!!!! :)

The Biscuit cutter I bought was great I loved the way it cuts at the edges.

I was very pleased that these cutters are made of stainless steel. I am hoping that they will not rust and I will be able to throw out the old ones I have.

Wished some were bigger

Great little set

I've only used the largest size so far and was very pleased at how well it worked for making biscuits! I was born and raised in the South so I'm very particular about my biscuits :) ... this is the perfect size for a breakfast biscuit, not too big or too small.
