Biscuit cutters haven't changed much since Colonial times, but new materials and a tweak here and there have made modern-day cutters, like this handsome set, efficient and practical. This set of four cutters is made of heavy-gauge polished stainless steel and is likely to last a lifetime. The cutters themselves are a generous 1½" deep--it's the depth that sets a biscuit cutter apart from a cookie cutter--and their cutting edges are nicely beveled on the outside. The handles arch 1½" above their cutters, so there's plenty of grip room (cutting board not included).

I've used the biscuit cutters for biscuits and cookies and they work great. They cut right the first time and I don't have a problem with the dough getting hung up in the cutters like other cutters I have used. I would definitely recommend these.

I've taught cooking classes for 30 years, and these are THE BEST cutters I have ever found. The beveled edges really give a clean cut; the size assortment is an added plus. A GREAT product.

These are excellent biscuit cutters. I feel a little foolish saying this since my grandmother used a jelly glass to make better biscuits than I could ever make, but there you have it. The edges are nice and sharp and make fine cuts in the dough that are nicely closed. A good buy if you are the kind of person who enjoys simple things that do what they are supposed to do well -- like me.

Nice set. I was hoping the large one was a little bigger, as I like to make big biscuits, but the set is very nice and heavy, I'm sure it will last the rest of my life. I'm tired of buying cutters that rust. This set won't. Handles make them easy to use and hang on to when your hands get messy.

cheap flimsy, bends easily. Received in the mail all bent and broken. Sent them back. Will buy restaurant-commercial type cutters that are nice and sturdy.

These cutters are sturdy. I no longer have bent cutters when cutting the dough for english muffins! I highly recommend these biscuit cutters. They make a clean sharp edge when cutting and are easy to work with. J. 12-07-07

These were the perfect biscuit cutters. I shopped all over town and could not find anything close to match them in quality and price. The variety of sizes gives the cook 3 options for biscuit making. The construction lends itself to safety with the well-constructedd rounded, stainless stell handles. The only problem we encountered was that one of the biscuit cutters had a shard of stainless steel - - which cut into my daughter's finger when she was unpacking this Christmas gift. Nasty surprise! So - - make sure everyone thoroughly washes these biscuit cutters BEFORE cooking for them so they won't accidentally ingest any of these dangerous slivers/shards. Other than that, we really like the biscuit cutters.

I was very pleased, first off, with the quick delivery of my order. Second, they looked exactly like the photo and are so sharp, if not careful, one could cut themselves. Third, they fit so neat into each other as well as my utensil drawer. The precision with which they cut the dough is perfect and my biscuits come out great every time. These work so much better than a glass. Cutters slice through thick dough without squishing. No more lopsided biscuits. Heavy duty solid construction. Only thing that would make the set better is if a storage box were included. I use the box they came in, but a metal tin or plastic box would be better.

I make biscuits every night so I wanted to find a good cutter instead of using a glass to cut them. I love these cutters! Very sturdy, not cheap made or flimsy. Cut the biscuits very well.

I love these cutters! They are very good quality, have a razor sharp edge, are made of durable stainless steel (not the cheap aluminum bendable material) and just happen to be quite attractive as well.
