Trying to get away from plastic food storage containers, the 4-bowl glass storage set by Bormioli is a beautiful alternative. Each bowl can go from refrigerator to table as an attractive serving piece. Recommended for use by adults only as they are heavy glass and the containers must not be subjected to sudden temperature changes. Perfect for my purposes. I love all my Bormioli glassware.

Excellent price for a set of 4 glass storage bowls. Best of all, the glass and the lids of superior quality, made in Italy. This is my second set. The lids from the first set are virtually stain-free after several months. Just one caution, as usual, do not close the lid tight when using in microwave.

These glass containers are great, and a wonderful, ecologically friendly alternative to plastic. Made of thick glass, perfect sizes for all our storage needs. I would highly recommend these!
