The Kulinary Series knives are each manufactured with one solid piece of high-carbon German steel (X50CrMoV15) and heat-treated to stay sharp longer. The high HRC (Rockwell hardness scale) of 56 allows the edge to maintain sharpness with less maintenance. The blade is seemlessly molded to the composite handle with a unique partially exposed full tang and finished with a solid polished star and end cap. The Kulinary series are stamped knives. It is precision balanced for it's task.

An excellent set of knives. I hate the packaging they arrive in (plastic clam shells that are very difficult to open, and packed in a rather large - too large - box with lots of Styrofoam popcorn). Once I got the knives out of the shells, felt the weight and examined the hone of the blades - I knew this was a good purchase. They are well constructed and well balanced knives. They seem to be easy to keep sharp and I like the edge guards (easy to get on and off, but stay on and offer good protection). A very good value at the price I purchased the set at ($99). I would recommend.

Purchased two (2) sets of these as gifts for Christmas. Yes, I'm doing my shopping early this year. Couldn't pass up such a good buy for great knives. Another family member has a set and loves them so there will be a few more sets of these terrific knives in the family.

Our knives work great! My fiance has wanted them for a long time because we are both big fans of Guy Fieri. When I saw that they were greatly discounted and Father's Day is right around the corner, I decided to get them. We received all knives including 5 extra paring knives. In other words, I received 1 box of paring knives instead of 1 paring knife.

This is an excellent knife set for any guy looking for cool stylish & masculine kitchen tools that will also make cooking fun! These knives look great, are very sharp and just handling them made me feel more like a chef!
