If you want the best get Guy Fieri's knives

I have bought other Food Network stars knives and they do not compare to Guy Fieri. They are sharp, well made and look good. Bought the first set that came out over a year ago and they are just as sharp as when I bought them. Will only buy Guy Fieri knives and that is it.

Nice looking knives and easy to handle. Feel a little lightweight, but work well.

Not the heaviest but seems good so far. Had them about 3 weeks and still have a good edge. As long as I keep them sharp they should be fine.

    QUALITY KNIVES

    by Patrick , IL
    January 6, 2013

These are perfect knives for use when in the hand. Perfectly balanced and handle placement. The only reason I did not give them a 5 is because handles are PLASTIC! Takes away from the quality and richness of these knives. Otherwise these are "off the hook"! Egde guards are a quality product as well but I purchased the 4 piece (Guy Fieri) knive block to store them. I advise you do the same. Looks great on counter top!

    Excellent Value Knife Set

    by Patricia, TN
    January 17, 2013

I have been looking for a santoku knife for a while. When this set was on sale I thought I'd give it a shot. I really like the knives and the blades are fantastic. I only rated it 4 stars because of the handles. First, they are not very ergonomic and second there are decorative grooves in the handle that give an uncomfortable feel. I do have arthritis in my hands so for me the handle is very important. I prefer a more rounded & softer handle in knives because I cook a lot. I entertain frequently so I spend a lot of time slicing & dicing. Overall, these are very good knives and I would recommend them to others.

    not quaility I expected

    by Patty, TX
    February 6, 2013

I have been reading reports on knives for a year now to help make my choice. I had already purchased a couple of Guy Fieri knuckle sandwich knives and expected these to be built solid, meaning the german steel would run all the way through the handle as suggested in reports. This set the steel only ran one inch into the handle. Very disappointed
